2017 Participating Vendors
Before filling out an application, please check the following list to see if your business/product is already represented. This list will be updated as new vendor applications are received.
Crafters, Artisans and Merchandise Vendors
All crafter, artisan and merchandise vendors must submit a completed application form and cheque (no preauthorized payments or e-Transfers) to secure their participation by the deadline date noted in the application forms.
ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST PRESENT PROOF OF INSURANCE DIRECTLY TO BAYFEST this year as stipulated by Norfolk County Office.
All Food Vendors must submit their completed Bayfest application form and cheque (no preauthorized payments or e-Transfers) to secure their participation by the deadline date noted in the form.
Food Vendors MUST complete the requirements for Norfolk County Licensing and Inspection documentation AND applicable Health Unit Food Provider documentation in order to be able to participate in BayFest. These forms must be submitted 60 days in advance of the event.

Bayfest is not responsible if your license application is not received in time or is not accepted by Norfolk County.
